“Pentagon Confirms It Sought to Build A ‘Gay Bomb’”

July 14th, 2007 · No Comments

This is a little bit old as far as news goes, but I hadn’t heard of it before. It’s no joke- this was a real proposal by the U.S. military. Along with a number of other non-traditional weapons, the Air Force’s Wright Laboratory asked for 7.5 million dollars to develop a chemical aphrodisiac in combination with a chemical that would cause homosexual behavior. In theory this would render enemy soldiers unable to fight because they would be too busy engaging in sexual behavior with each other. Ultimately this proposal was rejected, but not before serious consideration. If you don’t believe me just search “gay bomb” in your search browser. Or you can check out this article.

Honestly though, if the military could develop an aphrodisiac strong enough to overcome the human natural defense instinct, than we wouldn’t have to use it as a weapon. Heck, you sell that stuff on the Internet for 30 bucks a pop and bam, you’ve got your funding for the entire Iraq War right there.
